. There is no warranty or guarantee on custom mitts. I know I am using this glove builder image and rendering is only used as a guide and there might be some discrepancies from the picture and the actual glove which may include pantone leather color and construction. Mitts may take 7-11 weeks and sometimes longer to make. During peak season (Nov-March), custom mitts may take up to 10 weeks and even longer. No Major League Names, Trademarks, or profanity will be acceptable and Akadema reserves the right not to accept an order. Akadema reserves the right to change any part of this order if needed. I have read and accept the warranty terms found on Akadema's website.
